Friendly Photoshoot

My friends have recently been asking me to do a shoot. I have to admit that I have been wanting to use them to practice what I like to do, but I was a little nervous about this. This was the first time that I purposely set the goal for my photographs to tell a story. I wanted for the images to really be worth a thousand words. Here's a sample of the day.

A Walk in the Park

I recently went on a little outing with some friends. We were supposed to meet on the riverwalk and then go straight to eat. Instead, a long walk along the river ensued, but luckily I had my camera with me to catch some of what I saw...


I was chatting with a friend as we paused for a moment to sit and admire the scenery. I really liked this flower because it wasn't perfect, but it was beautiful. The colors played out nice against the regular green background.




I liked this flower because it was pretty much by itself in the middle of a bunch that had not bloomed yet, and a whole lot of tall grass. It also brought a really nice pop to an otherwise drab part of the riverwalk.
